The ideal candidate for employment will have an advanced degree and three or more years of teaching experience. Candidates with bachelors degrees and little or no experience will be considered based on institutional needs and the talents of the applicant. Drug screening is mandatory for any applicant offered employment. Teacher applicants must be well versed in the use of technology for instruction and must participate in a personal program of professional growth and improvement for the duration of their employment at Springwood School.
