The Springwood Track and Cross Country program is designed to give talented athletes the opportunity to participate in AISA competitions.
There will be a tryout and a few practices before the actual meets. Training will be up to individuals. If there is enough interest in field events (shot put, discus, long jump and triple jump) then the necessary equipment will be purchased and training sessions for these events will be scheduled.
