- Maintain school records
- Conduct all achievement tests and keep records
- Maintain a library of resources (books, catalogs, DVDs, viewbooks, brochures)
- Aid in college entrance through counseling and testing, including the PSAT and PLAN
- Be available for personal and academic counseling
- Inform the students of scholastic and financial aid opportunities as they become available
- Send student information to appropriates institutions upon request
