SPRINGWOOD SCHOOL'S APPROACH TO CORONAVIRUS

Springwood School is in a COVID-19 Level 4 Alert. All on-campus classes and all school activities have been suspended for virtual classrooms. Only faculty and staff, or essential personnel, are permitted on campus.

Springwood School (SWS) has been monitoring the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) through the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) since it began to emerge in January of 2020. Initially, our focus was to serve our International student population. As the exposure to the virus expanded around the world and in the USA, we have extended our networking with National, Regional and State educational associations, local health authorities and trusted peer independent schools. We want to have the most accurate information and protocols possible to exercise best practices in safeguarding our entire school community.

For the most detailed and up-to-date information on COVID-19, we encourage you to bookmark this page, watch our school calendar, and monitor the websites highlighted below. We will update this page with information about COVID-19 as it relates to Springwood School.
